    The story behind Simple.

    We watched small businesses get squeezed. Legacy POS companies charged hidden fees, required separate subscriptions for invoicing, loyalty, e-commerce, and marketing — then locked merchants into multi-year contracts. The tools were clunky, expensive, and designed for the vendor, not the merchant.

    In 2021, we started building something different: a single platform that replaces the entire stack. POS, invoicing, loyalty, appointments, e-commerce, inventory, marketing, operations, and analytics — unified, affordable, and radically simple.

    Five years of development. Hundreds of merchant feedback sessions. In 2026, Simple went live. The replacement has arrived.
