    Program description

    Simple ("we," "us") operates SMS/text messaging programs that may include: account and security notifications (such as verification codes), service and appointment notifications, customer support messages, and — only for users who have given express written consent — marketing and promotional messages about Simple products and offers.

    Opt-in

    You opt in to a messaging program by providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our website forms, or by texting a program keyword where offered. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

    Message frequency

    Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.

    Fees

    Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Simple does not charge for SMS messages.

    Opt-out

    You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe. You may also opt out by contacting us at hello@simplecommerce.io.
